On Champion Kilts we exercise a Shipping Policy which communicate our code of business and work well to our customers so that any kind of ambiguity or lack of communication is being avoided. We have contracted with various famous courier companies of the World like DHL and FedEx,to entertain our customers through out the world.

SHIPPING TIMINGS:

The Kilts that we ship are custom made and it takes around 7 to 14 business days to build products on the demand of our customer. These 7 to 14 business days include the time period of Manufacturing/Handling/Shipping a kilt.
The Jackets that we ship are custom made and it takes around 7 to 14 business days to build them on the demand of our customer. These 7 to 14 days business include Manufacturing/Handling/Shipping Time of a jacket. Regular Order will be delivered within 21 days.
Rush Orders:
.If you need your order fast then you can choose our rush order option.This option is specialy for these whose need order fast. We process top priority on Rush Orders and dispatch order with in 7-10 days via DHL expedited services.
We deliver products right after its manufacturing and it takes around 4-7 days to reach our customers. Champion Kilt also issue a tracking number in order to let the customer track his/her order and know the status of his/her order issued by respective courier service (DHL or Fedex)

SHIPPING SERVISES:

As mentioned above that we have contracted with World’s best Shipping companies and that companies include; DHL and FedEx

We have a policy of 19.50 US Dollars(covers weight up to 3 Kilogram or 6.6 pounds) for USA, UK, and Canada, 26.66 US Dollars for Europe (covers weight up to 3 Kilogram or 6.6 pounds). And 40 US Dollars for the countries falling outside the mentioned jurisdictions. Extra $10 shall be charged for every additional Kilogram or 2.2 pounds above the specified limits. These rates are imposed to ensure the safety of customer’s goods! We could use Free shipping which may cause lost customer’s parcel. Therefore, we decided to use paid and secure shipping than going for cheap Free shipping.
Customers are NOT supposed to pay any Duties, Tax or Cess while claiming their Package if its belong to UK or USA. There would be pay to tax duty of customs if you have not belongs USA or UK.Then you will be need pay customs fees.The customs fees how much will be decide your country.
There are NO EXTRA CHARGES like insurance, packaging or any additional costs that are supposed to be paid after the order. We provide Free Packaging costs to our customers.
Ones the Product is shipped, the customer will be updated with each and every destination of the Product using a Tracking Number issue by respective courier service.
National Holiday and Weekends MAY extend the delivery time.

SHIPPING ON WRONG ADDRESS:

In case the product is shipped to a wrong address by a courier company then we shall compensate the shipping charges to the customer to get his parcel to his given address.
In case, the product is lost due to delivery of wrong address then we shall manufacture a new product for customer for FREE.
If the product is exchanged between two different customers; then we shall compensate the Shipping charges to both of the customers to kindly ship the product to the right address (we shall seek for the kind cooperation of our humble customers).
